ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Reducing food insecurity of conflict-affected communities and monitoring markets to inform humanitarian planning in Syria” under FFP’s funding is inviting suppliers of supplies/services to submit offers for each batch for the following description of the supplies/services:
Lot 1: 2,500 Food Rations Kits, Packaging and delivery
Description:
- Food Rations Kits, each kit contains:
- Wheat Flour
- Rice
- Chickpeas
- Red Lentils
- Beans / Green peas
- Ghee / Vegetable Oil
- Salt (iodized)
- Sugar
- Packaged
- Delivery to Al-Hasakah Governorate, North East Syria, including unloading and offloading charges
Lot 2: 1,000 Ready To Eat Ration (RTER) Kits, Packing and Delivery
Description:
- RTER Kits, each kit contains:
- Dried Thyme (Za’atar)
- Biscuits
- Canned Sardines
- Chickpeas Paste
- Canned Chicken
- Canned vegetable
- Fava beans
- Sugar
- Olive oil
- Packaged
- Delivery to Al-Hasakah Governorate, North East Syria, including unloading and offloading charges
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

All bids must be submitted before on 04/07/2018 at 16:00 local time at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at syria2.tender@acted.org, Cc tenders@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
A tender opening will take place on 05/07/2018 at 14:00 local time in the ACTED representation office in Ankawa intersection, House # 232/48, Hadyiab Quarter, Sector 5, Ankawa, Erbil, KRI, Iraq. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
