READY Pakistan – Strengthening local Civil Society Organisations in Prepardeness and Response to crises

The project aims to equip 10 local organizations in Pakistan with the necessary tools and knowledge to strengthen their capacities across critical domains. The focus areas include organizational governance and administration, organizational management, financial management, project cycle management, and external relations. Through a tailored approach, the project seeks to identify specific organizational needs, develop actionable plans, and facilitate continuous improvement in these five vital areas.
