Libya Humanitarian Action
November 2023
July 2024

Through this 6-months project, Acted will provide assistance to 3,880 vulnerable individuals impacted by storm Daniel floods in Libya. The multi-sectorial intervention will focus on child protection needs, case management for cases at high risk, psychosocial support, positive parenting skills, capacity-building to local CSOs and teachers, and the provision of light rehabilitation and refurbishment of schools to ensure a quality education within a context of evidence-based humanitarian assistance in Libya. It will primarily take place in Derna but will also extend to surrounding areas in northeastern Libya. Acted will participate as a member of the Education WG in the assessment led by IMPACT, with data collection and data collection training for local CSOs.
