Mentoring and capacity strengthening support for Youth and Oceans CSOs and student association partners

This 15-months project aims at providing capacity-building and networking opportunities for CSOs part of the FEF-OSC "Youth and Oceans". The project will provide Capacity Assessment, Technical Support and Learning for Sustainable Transformation (CATALYST) support to 9 CSOs and 2 student organisations funded by the French Embassy’s Youth and Oceans programme. A baseline CATALYST assessment will serve to develop capacity strengthening action plans for target organisations. Tailored trainings will be then provided to address identified needs and gaps coupled with on-the-job mentoring as well as opportunities for learning and network. The project will close with an endline CATALYST assessment to evaluate the impact of the capacity strengthening programme.
